REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

At Spice and Traditions Co. , we take great care in crafting and packaging our products to ensure quality and freshness.

Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at spiceandtraditionsco@gmail.com with your order details and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and if approved, offer a placement or refund.

All approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please note:

  1. Products must be unused and in their original condition for any claim to be considered. 

  2.  We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers.

  3. Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order.
